设备主要特性

本设备为全自动数控换型操作设备，主要由五个工位组成，电池输送采取3条双排链条输送，电池换型

的输送导向采取自动调节模式，换型定型调节时为了方便操作由手动数字调节器，方便新产品定型调节使用。

1、短路检测工位

1）采取高压横流的模式检测：

2）采取探针为接触点检测；

3）检测探针设计为可调节的通用模式；

4）该工位配置了不合格退出功能。

2、焊接工位

1）采取瞬间大电流融合焊接模式；

2）本设备配置了三个工位作为穿壁焊焊接；

3）本焊接工序的的焊头升降、前后移动、塑壳左右移动均采取伺服控制模式；

4）本设备的焊接夹紧模式采取液压控制模式；

5）本设备升降伺服、液压系统等重力与高压作用部分，为了保证运行稳定均配置了气缸和气体保护。

3、焊接检测工位

1）该工序主要是检测焊接质量；

2）该工位配置了不合格退出功能；

3）该工序的检测模具为一个产品一个模具设计，更加方便快速更换。
