1、本组装线适用于管式热封型电池的组装，适应范围为12V（6V)60AH——120AH的组装;

2、整条组装线的长度约35米左右；各铅尘、铅烟，塑壳热封等环节，均采取环保密封、预留抽风口；涉及到安全隐患等部位均采取明显的颜色防护罩及安全警示标识；

3、8小时每班工作时间可以生产约600只，每班工作电量消耗约为800KW/8H;

4、各环节模夹具的气、电、水均采取快速拔插模式，方便模夹具的快速更换，以提高换型效率；
