2、自动刷极耳工位

    1）该工位主要：刷极耳、沾助焊剂及极耳快速烘干功能；

    2）配置自动输送助焊剂功能，以保证助焊剂试用均匀性；

    3）同时可根据客户需求增加沾锡功能。

3、自动铸焊工位

    1）铸焊深度控制采用伺服控制；

    2)配置自动输送铅锭机，以确保铅液供应稳定；

    3）模具水、电全部配置集成式快速接头，以提升更换型号速度。

4、自动入槽工位

    1）抓手升降采用伺服控制模式；

    2）入槽夹具以塑壳型号更换一套夹具；

    3）采取1.3.5；2.4.6单个入槽模式；

    4）配置集群旋转与塑壳旋转模式。

Main features of the device

1. automatic loading station

1) Using servo rotation, it can rotate about 90° to grasp cluster mode;

2) The lifting, merging and separating of the material are controlled by servo to improve stability and achieve the numerical control transformation mode;

3) Each independent gripper can be configured with 180° rotation mode according to customer demand;

4) The station is equipped with pole finishing and cluster finishing processes.

2. automatic brush pole ear station

1) The station mainly: brush pole ear, dip flux and pole ear quick drying function;

2) Automatic flux transfer function is configured to ensure the uniformity of flux trial;

3) At the same time, it can increase the tin dipping function according to customer needs.

3. automatic casting and welding station

1) The casting and welding depth is controlled by servo control;

2) Equipped with automatic lead ingot conveying machine to ensure the stable supply of lead liquid;

3) All mold water and electricity are equipped with integrated quick connectors to improve the speed of model replacement.

4.automatic slot station

1) The gripper lifting adopts servo control mode;

2) Slot fixture to replace a set of fixture with a plastic case model;

3) Take 1.3.5; 2.4.6 Single Slot Mode.

4) Configure the cluster rotation and MCCB rotation modes.
