设备主要特性

1、适用于N40AH——N100AH（1*6）电池的铸焊功能；

2、四工位转焊机主要功能：第一工位：采取直线上料机械手模式（一次抓6个集群：单个厚度≤75mm）

                         第二工位：自动刷极耳、沾铸焊机、极耳、烘干（可选）

                         第三工位：自动铸焊

                         第四工位：采取直线下料机械手模式（方式包含:一次入槽和两次入槽模式）

3、模夹具电源、气源、水源等均采取快插模式方便换型；

4、铸焊N40AH-N100AH之间电池，采用双动夹片模式，不需要更换夹具；

5、增加了送塑壳工位，输送至入槽工位；

Main characteristics of equipment

1, suitable for N40AH -- N100AH (1*6) battery casting and welding function;

2, the main function of the four-station welding machine: the first station: adopt the linear feeding robot mode (a grasp of 6 clusters: a single thickness ≤75mm)

Second station: Automatic brush pole ear, dip casting welding machine, pole ear, drying (optional)

Third station: automatic casting and welding

Fourth station: Adopt the linear feeding manipulator mode (including: one-slot and two-slot mode)

3. The power supply, air source, water source, etc. of die fixture are adopted in quick-insert mode for easy replacement;

4, casting and welding N40AH-N100AH between the battery, the use of double clamping mode, no need to replace the fixture;

5, increase the plastic shell feeding station, transported to the slot station;
