设备主要特性
1、打孔工位
1)配置二个打孔模头(X向和Y向),模头升降定位、前后、左右定位全部采用伺服控制,不同型号自动调整;
2)打孔的定位以塑壳底部为基点,等同于后道焊接基点定位模式,更加提高焊接的稳定性;
3)打孔的残余塑料片采取负风压直接抽取模式,在打孔的过程中,直接负风压抽取到储存桶,从而提高效率及减少污染;
2、修毛刺工位
1)该工序的主要作用是针对塑壳在冲孔时候可能出现塑料孔四周的毛刺进行处理;
2)该工序的处理模式是采取电加热,然后通过可调节热封温度来处理打孔的残余毛刺;
3)本设备设计的热封处理模式,采取点对点的热处理模式,优点是热效率增加,并且不会对塑壳的封口出造成高温避免影响热封质量;

Main characteristics of equipment
1. Drilling station
1) Configure two punching die heads (X and Y), the die head lifting positioning, front and back, left and right positioning all use servo control, different types of automatic adjustment;
2) The positioning of the hole is based on the bottom of the plastic shell, which is equivalent to the positioning mode of the rear welding base point, and the stability of the welding is improved.
3) The perforated residual plastic sheet adopts the negative air pressure direct extraction mode. In the process of perforating, the negative air pressure is directly extracted to the storage barrel, thereby improving efficiency and reducing pollution;
2. Burr repair station
1) The main function of the process is to treat the burrs around the plastic holes that may appear when the plastic shell is punched;
2) The processing mode of this process is to take electric heating, and then to deal with the residual burrs of drilling by adjusting the heat sealing temperature;
3) The heat sealing treatment mode designed by the equipment adopts point-to-point heat treatment mode, which has the advantage of increasing thermal efficiency and not causing high temperature to the sealing of the plastic shell to avoid affecting the heat sealing quality;
